Valk Gym Venlo

Valk Gym & OxyZen Wellness are located on the 2nd floor of the hotel. A floor of 500m2 with a luxurious appearance and many sports and vitality programs for Body & Mind.

Valk Gym is a modern, luxurious, and spaciously designed sports center. Hotel guests can use all facilities for free. Additionally, there is the possibility to become a member of the gym. Various membership options are available. Visit the Valk Gym website for more information. At Valk Gym, you train under the guidance of certified trainers, fully tailored to your personal possibilities and goals. All data is tracked in our unique app, allowing you to train safely, smartly, and result-oriented. In a setting reminiscent of a luxurious and sunny holiday resort.

In the Valk Gym, modern equipment is used from among others:

  • Relaxing

  • NOHrD

  • Technogym

  • Milon-Q circle

  1. Get a wristband at the reception if no one is present at the Valk Gym to use the equipment.

  2. Hold the strap in front of the machine and start your exercises.

  3. Have fun with sports!

House Rules Valk Gym & OxyZen

  • In the wellness, wearing swimwear and bath slippers is mandatory;

  • The use of a towel in the saunas and steam room is mandatory;

  • Bags, phones, and other electronics are not allowed in the entire wellness area;

  • Young people under 12 years old are only allowed access to the OxyZen wellness under the guidance and responsibility of a person older than 16 years;

  • Lunch and dinner are exclusively served in our restaurant. Bringing and consuming your own food or beverages is not allowed;

  • Smoking and e-smoking are only allowed in designated smoking areas. The rest of the wellness location (including outside) is smoke-free;

  • Occupying loungers, benches, and chairs without using them is not allowed;

  • Showering is mandatory before using the baths, saunas, steam baths, and other facilities;

  • The wellness is for relaxation, peace and quiet are appreciated;

  • It is not allowed to use personal fragrances in the Finnish sauna, infusion with water is allowed.

  • Entering the wellness and the pool is entirely at your own risk. There is no supervision, visitors and/or companions are themselves responsible for being able to swim.

  • Diving and jumping is not allowed in our pools.

  • It is mandatory to follow the instructions of the staff of Valk Gym and the hotel;

  • Valk Gym reserves the right to deny access to guests or remove the guest after full payment if these house rules are not observed;

  • Valk Gym and Van der Valk Hotel Venlo are not liable for damage, accidents, or theft. Left behind clothing or other belongings can be picked up at the desk on the 2andStore until 1 month after the visit.
