Welcome to Restaurant V, our à la carte restaurant!

The meaning of the letter V can be filled in by yourself. We chose this name because it best fits what we want to offer you.

For us, the V stands for professional, surprising, familiar, for everyone, Valk, Venlo, and Connecting.

At Restaurant V, you can enjoy a tasty à la carte lunch or a delicious à la carte dinner.

On the à la carte menu, you will of course find our Valk Classics. Our chef has a penchant for traditional, Oriental, and vegetarian cuisine. The ingredients are produced as sustainably and organically as possible and are sourced from local suppliers. But also by-products such as juices, peels, and trimmings are processed into new products as much as possible.

Pets are not allowed in our hotel. Exceptions to this are a guide dog and/or a service dog.
