At Van der Valk, we find it important that everyone can develop and grow. On this page, you can read about the training and workshops being offered.

If we organize our own training sessions or workshops, they will also be added to this page. It will specify exactly who the training is for, and you can easily register via a form. 

Valk Academy

Valk Academy is live! It is an online lesson program specifically designed for the employees of Van der Valk Hotels. Participation is free and you can take various hospitality courses at your own pace. The courses are divided into themes.

Course offerings
Once logged in, you have access to your personal library with various courses that you can follow directly and online. Take a look at the offerings and start the course that appeals to you. Once a month, we check who has completed which courses and whether everyone still has sufficient course material in their library. Have you completed all the courses? Then new courses will be added.

We set the bar higher and higher together.
From these core values, we would like to ask you to inspire yourself and each other to take the courses. To start, we would like to request the following two themes to make. These are:

• Van der Valk – Venlo onboarding: course Onboarding

• Van der Valk – General: course on Food Safety, sustainable entrepreneurship, dealing with undesirable behavior, etc.
