Wellness in Hotel Venlo

• In the wellness area, wearing swimwear and slippers is mandatory;

• The use of a towel in the saunas and steam room is mandatory;

• Bags, phones, and other electronics are not allowed in the full wellness;

• Young people under 12 years old are only allowed access to the wellness OxyZen under the guidance and responsibility of a person over 16 years old;

• Lunch and dinner are exclusively served in our restaurant. Bringing and consuming your own food or beverages is not allowed;

• Smoking and e-smoking are only allowed in specially designated smoking areas. The rest of the wellness location (including outside) is smoke-free;

• Occupying loungers, benches, and chairs without using them is not allowed;

• Showering is obligatory before using the baths, saunas, steam baths, and other facilities;

• The wellness is for relaxation, peace, and silence is appreciated;

• It is not allowed to use your own scents in the Finnish sauna; pouring with water is allowed.

• Entering the wellness area and the swimming pool is entirely at your own risk. There is no supervision, visitors and/or companions are responsible for ensuring that they are capable of swimming;

• Diving and jumping is not allowed in our pools.

• It is mandatory to follow the instructions of the staff of Valk Gym and the hotel;

• Valk Gym reserves the right to deny guests access or remove the guest after full payment for non-compliance with these house rules;

• Valk Gym and Van der Valk Hotel Venlo are not liable for damage, accidents, or theft. Left clothing or other belongings can be picked up at the desk on the 2^andStore until 1 month after visit.
