Monday to Friday

• From 06:00 am to 07:00 am / gym open without a sports instructor / saunas off.
• From 07:00 to 13:00 / gym open with sports instructor / saunas on.
• From 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm / gym open without a sports instructor / Steam bath and Finnish sauna off / Infrared sauna on.
• From 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm / gym open with sports instructor / saunas on.
• The indoor swimming pool is open daily from 07:00 to 21:00.

Saturday

• From 08:00 to 21:00 / gym open with sports instructor / all saunas on.
• The indoor swimming pool is open on Saturdays from 08:00 to 21:00.

Sunday

• From 08:00 to 18:00 / gym open with sports instructor / all saunas on.
• From 6 pm to 9 pm / gym open without a sports instructor / all saunas on.
• The indoor swimming pool is open on Sundays from 08:00 to 21:00.

Sunday opening hours apply on national holidays.
