How it works:

• Order your products online using the form below.
• The sales prices are stated in the Assortment List which you can find in Speakap under the heading "Files".
• Only employees of the Van der Valk Hotel Venlo can order.
• Orders are for personal use and may not be passed on to third parties or traded.
• A total of up to €500 can be ordered per year.
• You will be asked for the VDV4U order code. You cannot order without this code. The code changes every month and is mentioned in the news flash.
• You will be asked for your employee number. This number is stated on your pay slip.
• Order before Tuesday = pay the order and collect it on Friday between 10:30 am and 1:30 pm at the reception.
• Payment can be made in cash or by PIN.
• Take your order outside through the main entrance.
